Asset Inventory Location Change Form

In the box below, type in the 6 digit MCCD tag numbers of the assets you have moved.  Tag numbers not existing in Asset Inventory will be created.

Separate each tag number by a comma. (ex. 123456,123457,123458)

NOTE: Do not include monitor tag numbers since they are no longer updated in Remedy when moved within the same campus. TDFs must be created when moving monitors to Stauffer or another campus.
